1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all users of d789, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members who hold an account, and VIP players. Your continued use of d789 after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Account Registration

Using false details to create an account is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension. d789 uses this information to verify your identity and ensure the security of your account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

d789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard financial services practice. This verification process may be triggered at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold amount, or at any time at d789's discretion.

During KYC verification, d789 may request one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile wallet, masked card image).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document.

• d789 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposit Restrictions

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your d789 account. Depositing funds using a payment method belonging to a third party — including a family member — is a breach of these terms. If a mismatch between account name and payment method is detected, d789 may suspend the account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your d789 account are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit at d789.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts. Unverified accounts are limited to a lifetime withdrawal cap until KYC is completed.
• d789 processes withdrawal requests within ten minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash on average. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• d789 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or timing.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Any remaining bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of a withdrawal request. Real money deposits are always available for withdrawal independent of bonus wagering status.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Sportsbook and Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

d789 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. A bet slip submitted without on-screen confirmation has not been accepted.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before sufficient play to determine a result; a manifest error in odds is identified; a player or team that has been named is subsequently withdrawn before the event starts; or the event does not take place within 36 hours of the scheduled time. In accumulator bets, a voided selection is removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining selections.

In-Play Betting

Palpable Errors

d789 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, a heavy favourite priced at 10.00 due to a technical fault. d789 will identify and correct palpable errors promptly and notify affected players.

8. Casino, Live Games and Virtual Sports

All casino games, live dealer games, and virtual sports offered at d789 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or certified physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. d789 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface.

• Technical malfunctions during a game session will result in the relevant round being voided and the stake returned. Any winnings from the affected round will also be voided.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during live game sessions. d789 is not responsible for connection failures on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits within each game are displayed in the game interface and may change from time to time.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed payout on your screen and the official game result logged in d789's system, the logged result is considered final.

9. Responsible Gaming

d789's decision on disputed matters is final. Where mathematical errors or technical faults are clearly established by d789's internal logs, corrections will be made in good faith. d789 does not accept disputes based solely on a player's memory or unverified screenshots.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their d789 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after any pending bets are settled. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

d789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in the following:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bonus abuse, including placing contradictory bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or disruption of service.

d789's total liability to any player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

d789 does not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance windows, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. d789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

d789 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal rules, or player rights — d789 will provide at least 14 days advance notice via email to registered players. Where changes are administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of d789 after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept updated terms, you may close your account by contacting support before the effective date. Your real money balance will be returned in full upon account closure.

15. Governing Law and Contact
